USB charging stations for every need

Here on the site, you will find our large selection of USB charging stations for your wireless devices.

Our charging stations come in an incredible variety of types, with options for charging with USB-A, USB-C, as well as wireless charging with QI technology.

Why buy a charging station?

You might think that having a charging station is a bit irrelevant, as you can just connect the included charger to your device in a socket and charge it that way.

A charging station is more for you if you have many devices you want to charge at the same time, or for the family home where several people charge their devices all day long.

A charging station makes it possible to charge many devices at the same time, so there is never a rush for the charger at home, and everyone can enjoy having their devices charged quickly and efficiently.

In addition to charging stations, we also sell many other exciting devices, such as a 3D printer and 3D filament for the home.

5 Things to consider before buying your charging station

Before you buy your charging station, it’s important to think about what you really need.

Charging stations vary greatly across different brands, and the functions are not always the same.

#1 - Choose the right plug types for your devices

Charging stations typically come with USB plugs and primarily two popular types:

  • USB-A
  • USB-C

These USB types are commonly found in devices today, where USB-C is considered the new standard, and more and more devices now have this plug type.

However, many older devices still use USB-A, so it can be a good idea to choose a charging station that allows charging with both of these USB types.

Fortunately, there are many different USB charging stations that have both USB-A and USB-C plugs.

If you only have one of the two plug types in your devices, you can freely choose to forego the other, thus saving a bit of money.

#2 - How many plugs does your charging station need to have

This point is more important than one might think, as it can be incredibly frustrating to have too few plugs in your charging station.

If you live in a household with several people, each of whom has an iPad, smartphones, and maybe even a Bluetooth speaker or two, the charging station can quickly become full.

Fortunately, you can get charging stations that can solve this problem, with up to over 10 plugs in different cable types.

This should provide more than enough for the whole family, or for your entire setup if you are one of those who have incredibly many wireless devices at home.

You can also find charging stations that mix plug types, so you get 3x USB-A and 3x USB-C plugs, for example.

In other words, there should undoubtedly be a solution for your situation in our selection, no matter how many devices you need to charge simultaneously.

#3 - Charging station with fast charging/Quick Charge

If you don’t want to wait hours for your device to charge, quick charge is undoubtedly the right choice.

With this fast charging technology, for example, your smartphone typically won’t take more than 30 minutes to charge, so you can quickly get back to using it.

Somewhat larger devices will take a little longer, but the time you save will be quite clear compared to charging stations without quick charge.

Most modern charging stations use this technology, but for safety’s sake, it’s a good idea to read the product specifications to ensure that the charging station has the quick charge function.

#4 - USB Charging Station with holder for your device

Selected charging stations come with a smart extra feature, in the form of one or more holders for your devices.

These holders fit each plug, so for example, you can place your phone and tablet in the holder while they are connected, preventing them from lying around on the table.

This provides a much neater setup for your charging station and also better protects your devices from accidents, such as spilling water on the table.

Some charging stations have holders for each individual plug, while others may only have them in half or a few spots on the unit.

#5 - Charging station for wireless charging/QI charging

Wireless charging, also known as QI charging, has become very popular.

This modern form of charging makes it incredibly easy to charge your devices, as all you need to do is place your device on the charging station.

Furthermore, the charging station will wirelessly charge your device, completely without any cables connected.

You will naturally need to plug the charging station into a socket, but your device only needs to be placed on the QI plate on the charging station, and it will then charge.

Frequently asked questions about USB charging stations

Can you get a charging station for both USB-A and USB-C?

Charging stations come in types that allow charging of devices with USB-A and USB-C at the same time. You just need to choose the right USB charging station, and you can charge both your tablet and smartphone simultaneously.

Do all USB charging stations charge equally fast?

If you are looking for a charging station that charges as quickly as possible, it is important to choose “quick charge,” also known as fast charging. With this function, the charging station will use the fastest technology for charging, so your devices are charged incredibly quickly. If the charging station does not have this function, it will take significantly longer to charge your devices.

Can you use a charging station for iPad?

Charging stations are largely used for smartphones and other wireless devices in the home, including iPads and other tablets. Some charging stations even come with a holder that allows you to rest your iPad in the charging station, so it stands upright and cannot be damaged by things around the charger.
