Deltaco Smart WiFi Power Outlet with Energy Meter is an intelligent device designed to control electrical appliances and monitor their energy consumption via a WiFi connection. It has a maximum capacity of 10A and works by connecting to a standard wall socket. The device connects to the home's wireless network, after which the user can monitor and control connected equipment through a compatible mobile app.
The app allows you to turn on/off the power to the connected appliance and provides insight into real-time energy consumption as well as historical data. The power supply for the Smart WiFi socket itself comes from the socket it is connected to, eliminating the need for external power sources or batteries.
